If we keep destroying his habitat by clearing land, our climate will change with dramatic consequences. Forests act as the earth’s green lungs: they extract CO2 from the air and use it to produce oxygen which we and other species breathe. As humans have been producing more CO2 than the forests and seas can absorb for decades, the CO2 concentration in the atmosphere is increasing. This causes changes to our climate, making the sea level rise and temperatures climb, for example.

Every day, the industry and retail sectors emit huge amounts of CO2, for example when they manufacture and sell promotional products. That’s why we developed our ‘5 to 1’ principle. The aim of the scheme is to completely offset the CO2 emissions that are generated during the manufacture of promotional products.
